These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IVEC, operated by IVEC Advisors Pvt. Ltd. ("IVEC", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a service, or otherwise using https://ivec.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at info@ivec.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
2. Services
IVEC connects you with empanelled chartered accountants, company secretaries, advocates and other professionals. We act as a technology and coordination platform; the underlying professional service is delivered by the assigned expert under the applicable professional rules. Government fees, stamp duty and statutory levies are not part of our fee unless explicitly bundled.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices displayed are in Indian rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upfront for most services. We accept major cards, UPI, net banking and wallets through our PCI-DSS-certified payment partners. We may revise prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents. Delays caused by missing or incorrect documents are not the responsibility of IVEC. You confirm that you have the legal right to share any third-party information you upload (e.g., co-directors, employees) and that the contents do not infringe any rights.
5. Intellectual property
All content, software and designs on the IVEC platform are owned by or licensed to IVEC and protected by Indian and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works without our written consent. Any documents we draft for you (e.g., contracts, agreements) are licensed to you for your own business use upon full payment.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
IVEC does not provide legal opinions through the platform itself; opinions are provided only in writing by named professionals after engagement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a service is limited to the professional fee paid by you for that service in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, attempt to defraud us, or use the platform unlawfully. You may close your account at any time by writing to us. Termination does not affect rights, obligations and liabilities accrued prior to termination, including our right to retain records as required by law.
8. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to the parties' right to attempt mediation first.
