Manifestation of Memorandum of Association

As per the guidelines of the Indian Society Act, the name of the society can be different and not resemble any already registered society. The name should be commonly accorded and
accepted by all the members of the Society. No title can be kept or preserved under statutory provisions of any act nor shall it fail to agree on a requirement of any law. After choosing the title of the society, the society should draft a memorandum of association or MoA that drafts the rules, responsibility and regulations of the society and its members.
